Im sort of an addict gamer here be it online gaming or offline.... i like to play sword games as well as war games.and what captures my attention are role playing games where you get to work you character until it gets stronger.. now the reason im opening this is that i recently played an online game that has names like deavas and alistair.... now at first i found them "cool" .... but as i got hooked into the game something behind my head tells me to do some research with the names i mentioned hehe ... it shocked me to find that deavas or deveas or how ever it is spelled means "a child of darkness" and alistiar was a name of a demon that specializes on torturing souls, now i dont know the validity of the info i got about these names but, it really hit me hard because these names weren't used to refer to an adversary in the game but it was used to refer one of the good guys and often the name of the character your playing itself. meditating on the matter, i came to this idea..... the darkness works with things that attracts us... our weaknesses. and being our weakness we are bound to fall under it. but sometimes if not all the time, the holy spirit comes whispering behind our ears, giving us a heads up on the things we come upon while we are here on this earth.

hehe there are more things, experiences (weird ones) that i'd to share hehehe... i like to say that i have an open eye with these things, gods decision in our lifes, the devils interventions, gods mercy and more..... i cant say this relates to our topic but i just felt like opening this our to the web.... ==) .. love you guys god bless

Acts 8:36As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said, "Look, here is water. Why shouldn't I be baptized?"[37 Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." The eunuch answered, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."] 38And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him. 39When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing. 40Philip, however, appeared at Azotus and traveled about, preaching the gospel in all the towns until he reached Caesarea.

Whoa.

Studying Gods word equips us with whats coming ahead of us. Im talking about the part where all comes to an end... literally everything. And we all know that when that time comes its gonna come pouring on us. whether we're prepared or not it will come, and if we come like blind ignorants we might find ourselves in the wrong side of the picture.

Imagine; no walls be able to cover us from the things to happen, nothing will be able to defend us from whats coming after us [Gods faithful people]... the only hope of surviving a holocaust is having God in our hearts and his word in our minds. In case you haven't read, in Gods side we come fully equipped; we got the helmet, the shield, the sword, the breast plate/armor, and the boots.... what do we call that?!

Let us put God first in everything we do....but if we feel like giving up because the Lord has not appoinnted us for a particular position or for not ahving the thing that we want let us just accept our limitations.

Three must read bible verses for today :

1 Samuel 15:23
New Living Translation (©2007)
Rebellion is as sinful as witchcraft, and stubbornness as bad as worshiping idols. So because you have rejected the command of the LORD, he has rejected you as king."

Exodus 22:18
American King James Version
You shall not suffer a witch to live.

"For the Lord, whose name is jealous, is a jealous God."—Exodus 34:14

Today's Lesson comes from the scripture : James Chapter,
The Sin of Partiality
2:1 My brothers, [1] show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. 2 For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, 3 and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” 4 have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? 5 Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him? 6 But you have dishonored the poor man. Are not the rich the ones who oppress you, and the ones who drag you into court? 7 Are they not the ones who blaspheme the honorable name by which you were called?
